MCP
Model Context Protocol (MCP)
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a unified protocol connecting AI agents with external services. Insta360 uses MCP to expose its business capabilities as a collection of AI-callable tools, enabling AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT to perform content creation and store purchases directly within conversations.
The content on this page describes planned capabilities. Specific APIs are subject to change upon official release.
What is MCP
MCP defines a standardized protocol that allows AI agents to discover, understand, and invoke external tools and data sources. With MCP, AI assistants become more than conversational systems — they become intelligent agents that can perform real actions.
